1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of internal damage or a non-visible defect in the product.

2. Upon receiving your order, you will be allowed to inspect the product externally to ensure it is in good condition. Any later claims regarding visible damage that was confirmed at delivery will not be accepted.

3. Any issue must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of receiving the product.

4. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

5. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange request.

After review, we will arrange the return process or send a replacement product, depending on the case.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction after the product has been opened or used.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a defect is proven to be caused by us.

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7 business days after approval.
