Delivery is available to all areas in Jordan within 1–2 business days with a fixed shipping fee (2 JOD).

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product in case of a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice.
